Friday, May 7 Event Schedule
Cost: $5 a car

3:00 PM : Gates Open
Pack your car full of folks and enjoy an evening of fun and entertainment for only $5.

3:00 PM : Live Entertainment Begins
Soulful bands will kick-off the event providing some jazzy blues for your listening pleasure. Bring blankets and chairs.

Line up includes: Renee Mixon & Soylent Red

3:00 PM : Arts & Craft and Food Vendors
Check out local arts and crafts for sale. Your favorite foods and drinks will also be on site for purchase.

5:00 PM: Celebrity Judges Cooking Class
Learn barbeque cooking tips & techniques from the pros

5:30 PM : Submit Dessert Entries for Judging
The public is invited to bring their favorite desserts.
Submit your dessert for $10 - Winner takes home $100.

6:00 PM : Submit Anything But Entries for Judging
Anything But Category judging
(Entry is not open to the public)

9:00 PM : Outdoor Movie Begins
Pull up your lawn chair for the outdoor movie

11:00 PM : Park Closes
See ya again at 10 am Saturday morning for barbeque tasting!

10:00 AM : Gates Open
Bring your family and friends. Kids 10 & under are free.

   Kids Activities - Moon Walk, Slides, Trackless Train & More
   Antique Tractor Display - Antique tractors refurbished to original beauty
   Car Show - Your favorite classic and new model cars on display to compete       for trophies & bragging rights. Register on site. Click here for details.
   Arts and Crafts - Local artists sell hand crafted art including jewelry,           pottery, glass, and paintings.
   Live Music - Soulful bands and some country too - playing all day.
   Dunk-a-Cop - Your favorite local servants and heros will be in the Dunk-A-Cop    booth to help raise money for this great cause!

10:00 AM: Bar-be-que Tasting
Taste barbeque samples of backyard & pro barbequers and vote for the People's Choice selection for Best Barbeque!
(tasting runs from 10:00 am - 1:00 pm)

10:00 AM: Stage Entertainment
A full line up of stage entertainment featuring blues, classic rock and country.

Line up includes: Devidasa, Pollard Greens Jazz Quartet, Southern Thread (Stephen Smith), John Lee Hookers & David Bell

12:00 PM: Kiss the Pig Contest
Local notables and leaders are raising money to support the event cause. Pay to see your boss or local representative Kiss the Pig!

3:00 PM : Car Show Awards
Car show awards announced.

4:30 PM : Professional & Backyard BBQ Awards
Official KCBS judges will present the awards for all categories of the barbeque competition. View categories.

5:15 PM : Battle of the Bands (runner-up)
Battle of the Bands Runner Up takes the stage. Get Battle of the Bands details.

6:15 PM : Battle of the Bands Winner
The winner from Battle of the Bands headlines. Get Battle of the Bands details.
