Team Formation
With the help of volunteer coaches, all participants will be placed on teams based on their age, participation district, and iin some sports gender. In some cases the district in which a child is choosing to play may not have enough to form a stand alone team. In this case, districts will be combined to form a team. When this happens parents that are affected will be notified. After teams are formed, all coaches will contact their participant’s parents. No practices will start until all teams are formed. Each team will have at least 9 players but no more than 12. T-ball and coach pitch teams can have up to 15 players.
Team Formation starts one week after the end of registration. Once team formation has ended a coach will contact all players and parents.

Practice Requirements
Coaches are allowed to practice 3 days a week before the start of the season. During the season coaches are allowed to practice 2 days a week.
