Gymnastics
A wide variety of recreational and competitive gymnastic programs for all ages and abilities are available. The gym curriculum follows safety prodedures with simple to complex skills taught in a progressive manner in a safe and fun environement. Students learn without injury by mastering the basics of building strength, flexibility and coordinaton before moving onto intermediate or advanced skills.

Plan Now for Summer - Gymnastics Camps
Each day campers will enjoy gymnastics, tumbling, games, arts & crafts. Gymnastics experience is not required. Daily snack and drink included. All activities are inside state of the art gymnastics center and is led by RFPRA gymnastics staff.
Choose a Week: June 10-13
or June 24-27 Time: 8-12

Friday Night Open Gym
Anyone can enjoy the opportunity for open gym at the gymnastics center. You don't have to be enrolled in a class to participate, but must sign a waivor form prior to entering gym.
When:Every Friday, 6:30 - 8:30 pm
Ages: 6 & up Cost: $5
Maximum participants: 70
Starting Monday, June 3: Open gym moves to Thursday nights, 6:30-8:30 (Open gym will resume regular Friday schedule on Monday, August 5)

Afternoon Tot Time Open Gym
Little tots enjoy the opportunity for open play at the gymnastics center.
When: Mon- Fri, 12-2 pm
Ages: 2-5 Cost: $3
Starting Monday, June 3: Tot Time will only be Mondays and Wednesdays 12:00-2:00 (Tot Time will resume regular schedule Monday, August 5)

Gymnastics Summer Camps
Weekly camps are offered throughout the summer. Campers will learn gymnastics on all four events: Vault, Bars, Beam & Floor. Campers will have fun playing games with the parachute and on the trampoline. Campers will also participate in arts and crafts. Juice and snack will be provided each day, but campers should bring a water bottle each day. Each camper will recieve an RFPRA Gymnastics Camp t-shirt and award at the end of camp.
Ages: Girls 5 -12 & Boys 5-7
Time: 8:00 am - 12:00 pm
Drop off: NO earlier than 7:45 a.m
Pick up: NO later than 12:00 noon
Dress Code: Leotard & elactic waist shorts & t-shirt
Hair must be pulled away from face.

Nicole is available for evaluations of athletes for RFPRA sports at no cost to our athletes. She is on-site at the RFPRA main office daily. She also covers games and practices for various RFPRA sports.
