||Tennis, 3-5 Yrs
Tennis: (AGES 3-5)
This class focuses on ball skills, racket skills, and movement skills, while stories, songs and pictures engage the children in learning the game of tennis.
Your little one will learn tennis in a fun, professional, educational enviornment. Classes provide a chance for children to engage in a unique sporting activity that integrates music, stories, and illustrations.
10 and Under: (AGES 6-9)
10 and under tennis program is designed to create a fun environment in which 6-9 year olds can continue to develop their hand-eye coordination. The fundamentals of grips, strokes and footwork will be tuned and reinforced. Your little one will begin to learn about court positioning, rallying, and scoring. All they need is a racket, water bottle, and tennis shoes.
The Junior Drills is a training program designed for junior players, ages 11 through 18. This program is geared towards players who desire to compete in high school tennis, and tournament players who desire to compete at a collegiate level. The training in the court includes 2 hours of intense drills with conditioning.
The men’s or ladies drills are designed so that players of all skill levels are sure to hit lots of balls, have lots of fun, and get a wonderful workout. Each drill session ends with a fun game, and even if you don't like any of the other activities, this one will surely have you coming back for more.
Fit tennis is our version of “Cardio Tennis”. It is a high energy fitness activity that combines the best features of the sport of tennis with cardiovascular exercise - delivering the ultimate, full body, calorie burning aerobic workout. It is a very social and fun class for players of all ability levels taught by a tennis teaching professional. If you’ve never played tennis before, it is a great way to be introduced to the sport and if you are an experienced high level tennis player, it is the best way to train for tennis. Most classes have mixed ability and some facilities offer classes which are more specific to ability/fitness level. Regardless of ability or fitness level, the tennis professional is trained to provide the ultimate workout for each person.
