Golf practice facility located in Etowah Park.
- Features the only lighted practice facility in Rome
- 5 lighted hitting areas (turf and artificial)
- 6 target greens
- 2 sand traps
- Short game practice area
- Bermuda grass tees
- Additional amenities include concession stand and playground

Pete Kern
Golf Professional
Pete Kern is the new golf professional managing programs and instruction at the Etowah Park Driving Range. Pete has an extensive professional golf background including over 30 years of teaching golf, has owned and operated 4 different golf centers and played professionally for 13 years. Pete played in the 1974 U.S. Open, was a PGA European Tour Member in 1985-1986. He is also the Co Founder of The Metropolitan Golf Association of Atlanta.

Jr. Golf Camps
When: Camps run weekly all summer starting June 6
Days: Monday, Wednesday, Friday
Time: 10 am - 1 pm (Lunch provided)
Ages: 7-13
Cost: $75
Minimum class size: 6 students
Register: Register on-site Friday prior to each new weekly camp
