Northside Swim Center Labor Day Special
Monday, Sep 1 is the last day for open swim.

The Northside Swim Center features a newly refurbished pool and twirling slide with splash area. Other poolside amenities include concessions, playground and picnic pavillions. The pool is open Monday through Saturday for Open Swim and is available daily for rentals during the swim season. Swimming lessons are offered in June and July.

Open Swim Information
Public Open Swim: May 24 - July 31
Monday - Saturday
11 AM - 5 PM
$5 (all ages)
Children 12 and under must be accompanied by an adult. Only persons with paid admission are allowed inside pool gate.

Concessions including drinks and snacks are available for sale during open swim.

Swimming Lessons

Instructor: Richard O. Marable
Richard has over 30 years of swim instruction experience and teaches the higly successful "Austrailian Method" for learning to swim.
Class session: 8 days
Classes offered: June & July
When: Mon - Thurs (Fridays are bad weather make-up days)
Ages: 6 months - adult
Cost: $184 (2nd & 3rd child discounts available)
Class Location: Northside Swim Center
Class time: 10 am

Weekday Rentals
Mon, Tue, Thu: 5:30 - 8:30

Weekend Rentals (August is already booked)
Fri - Sat: 6:00 pm – 9:00 pm
Sunday: 1:00 pm - 9:00 pm

RENTAL RATE
A minimum 2 hour rental is required for the Swim Center.                     
$50.00 per hour
$10.00 per hour per lifeguard on duty (pay on-site)
Renting party pays the lifeguards individually the day of the party.

LIFEGUARD/SWIMMER RATIO            
3 lifeguards cover up to 45 swimmers.

• For each additional 15 people, one (1) additional guard will be needed. 
• Weekday rentals end Tuesday, July 31st.  After that date, all rentals must be held on Friday evenings, Saturdays, or Sundays until August 31, 2008.
• All rentals are valid only in person at the RFPRA Offices.  Reservations cannot be made until rental agreement has been signed and fees paid.  No phone reservations and no “holding” of dates.
