Brock Coogler
Crew Leader
Brock Coogler has worked with RFPRA since February of 2006. Outside of working, He enjoys a Saturday full of Alabama football, but also likes to go hunting and fishing. Brock's favorite part about his job is getting to be outdoors 24/7.

John Davis
Division Supervisor
John Davis has worked with RFPRA since December of 2009. Outside of working, John enjoys a day full of college football and smoking barbecue. John's favorite part about being with parks and rec is getting to be around our community events and serving the youth.
Kevin Baker
Division Supervisor
Kevin Baker has worked with RFPRA since February of 2008. Kevin enjoys spending quality time with his three daughters. His favorite part about his job is simply seeing the smiles on children's faces at our parks.
Shane McElwee
Crew Leader
Shane McElwee has worked with RFPRA since 2012. After work, Shane enjoys heading over to Coosa Middle School where he helps coach football and basketball. He also likes getting to coach his son's travel baseball team. Shane's favorite thing about working with RFPRA is knowing that he helps provide a top notch and safe environment for children to play sports.
Steven Hand
Assistant Division Manager
Steven Hand has worked with RFPRA since February of 2008. When Steven is not working, he enjoys spending time with his family, hunting, fishing, and kayaking. His favorite part about his job is working outside and helping within our community.
Damon Purdy
Assistant Division Manager/Mechanic
Damon Purdy has worked with RFPRA since February of 2021. Outside of being a mechanic, he loves to spend time with his family, hunting, and fishing. Damon's favorite part about his job is getting to watch kids compete and have fun at our facilities.
Greg Holmes
Crew Leader Electrician
Greg Holmes has worked with RFPRA since December of 2005. Outside of working, Greg enjoys a nice day of fishing on his boat, and hunting in the woods. He loves that his job as an electrician allows him to be mobile and he enjoys serving the community of Rome.
Adam Weaver
Assistant Division Manager
Adam Weaver has worked with RFPRA since July of 2020. When Adam is not working at the parks, he is usually out fishing, hunting, or spending time with his family. His favorite thing about his job is being able to work outside everyday.
Brett Clements
Crew Leader
Brett Clements has worked with RFPRA since March of 2020. When he is not working with us, he is spending his free time preaching, wood-working, or spending quality time with family. Brett's favorite part about working with us is giving back to the community.
Caleb Clark
Crew Leader
Caleb Clark has worked with RFPRA since March 2023. Caleb enjoys hiking, spending time with his family, reading as well as cooking when he is not at work. One of Caleb's favorite part about his job is being able to help keep the parks cleaned and maintained for our community.
Russell Barwick
Crew Leader
Russell Barwick has worked with RFPRA since April of 2014. Russell enjoys hosting trivia at the local Cosmic Dog Outpost, watching sports, gaming as well as attending concerts. His favorite thing about working alongside parks and rec is knowing that someone out there appreciates what we do.
Jim Bridges
Crew Leader
Jim Bridges has worked with RFPRA since the beginning of 2022. Outside of work, Jim enjoys quality time with his girlfriend, finding new adventures, and giving hitting lessons to local baseball players. Jim's favorite part about his job is staying in town while also being outside everyday.
Brandon Tucker
Crew Leader
Brandon Tucker has worked with RFPRA since February 2023. Outside of work, Brandon loves to spend a nice day out golfing, fishing, or bowling. Brandon's favorite part about his job is getting to make sure the parks he grew up on are well maintained for the youth.
Jay Salines
Equipment Operator
Jay Salines has worked with RFPRA since February of 2006. When Jay is not working, he enjoys being around his grandkids. His favorite part about working with parks and rec is moving dirt.
Erick Carr
Equipment Operator
Erick Carr has been with RFPRA since 2020. When Erick is not working, he enjoys spending time with his children, fishing, and coaching the youth. One of Erick's favorite part about his job is getting to be around competition.
Dell Scott
Equipment Operator
Dell Scott has worked with RFPRA since January 2023. When Dell is not working with us, he is usually spending time with his family, attending their events or out detailing his car. Dell's favorite part about his job is working with his team to keep the parks and facilities looking clean for families to enjoy.
