Summer Camp Registration Now Open

The weather outside might still be a bit frightful, but Rome-Floyd Parks and Recreation knows brighter, sunnier and warmer days are on the horizon as we open registration for our 2021 summer camps.

Whether it’s a love for all things outdoors, building and competing with Lego and Nerf sets or tumbling, rolling and participating in lots of cool activities, our camps offer great opportunities for kids to get active and have fun.

Registration is now open for Kid VS Wild, Lego Nerf and Gymnastics camps as well as the Matt Larry Baseball Camp and the Golf Fore Less Golf Camp.

The Kid VS Wild Camp features a week-long session of outdoors fun, including fishing, archery, arts and crafts, wildlife identification, outdoor safety and more.

Lego Nerf Camp invites campers to explore their creativity while constructing all kinds of objects with Legos and arts and crafts as well as plenty of time competing in Nerf games and battles with their fellow campers.

Gymnastics Camp invites girls and boys to enjoy gymnastics, tumbling, games as well as arts and crafts.

The camps offer multiple sessions throughout the summer, but camp space is limited and registration is conducted on a first-come, first-serve basis.

To register for Kid VS Wild, Lego Nerf or Gymnastics camp visit our web site at rfpra.com, come by our offices at 1 Shorter Avenue or call us at 706.291.0766.

The Matt Larry Baseball Camp is for age 5 to 14 and offers three sessions at Riverview Park. To register or find out more information, contact Matt Larry at 706.346.3026.

Golf Fore Less offers two golf camps located at the Etowah Park Driving Range for girls and boys ages 7 to 17. For more information or to register, contact Shane Wilson at 706.802.0042.
