Rome-Floyd Parks and Recreation is playing host to a youth basketball clinic at the Thornton Center on Thursday, Dec. 28 from 6 to 7:30 p.m. sponsored by the Atlanta Hawks Foundation.
The clinic is for boys and girls ages eight to 14. During the camp, athletes will learn basic skills, including dribbling, passing, free throws, lay ups and more. Every athlete who registers by Dec. 8 will receive a t-shirt. Cost to register for the clinic is $20.
