Blake Lambert
Sport Manager
Blake Lambert is the Sports Manager. He began working at Rome-Floyd Parks and Recreation in the summer of 2022. Blake is a graduate of Shorter University where he obtained a Bachelors in Business Administration with a concentration in Sports Management. Blake also played football at Shorter. Blake handles all of the football operations, oversees the concession services, oversees and schedules the part time staff for sporting events and assists with all other sports.
In his spare time, Blake loves spending time with his wife Trista and their two sons; Noah and Eli, attending church worship services and cheering on the Alabama Crimson Tide. Blake says he enjoys working in the Sports Division and being over the football side of the operations, because he is a huge football fan. He says this job is something that he can enjoy doing every day.
Adam Mull
Sports Coordinator
Adam Mull has worked for Rome-Floyd Parks and Recreation since 2018 as a sports coordinator. Adam graduated from KSU in 2010 where he earned a Bachelors degree in Sports Management. He supervises and helps with organizing sports, concessions logistics and creating game schedules. The thing he enjoys best about parks and recreation is getting a chance to watch participants improve as the season goes on.
In his free time, Adam loves cheering for the Atlanta Braves and the Georgia Bulldogs.
Grant Atchley
Sports Coordinator

Grant joined our Sports Division in August of 2024, a couple months after his internship from Shorter University. Grant obtained his BBA in Sport Management while on scholarship to play basketball, and is currently in his Masters program at Shorter University. Grant helps in all areas of the sports division and looks forward to playing a major role in Parks and Recreation for years to come.
While Grant is not working, he loves spending time with his fiancee, playing golf, and watching Alabama football on the weekends.
Pam Hobbs
Admin Specialist
Pam Hobbs is the Sports Administration Specialist. She began working Rome-Floyd Parks and Recreation in 2022. Pam attended Coosa Valley Tech, where she majored in Accounting. Pam handles all the practice scheduling along with coaches’ applications. She assists the Sports Division with clerical duties, processes scholarship applications and answers and directs calls to sports. She is responsible for the background checks.
In Pam’s spare time, she likes to spend time with family and watch her favorite hockey team, the Nashville Predators. She also enjoys all aspects of the outdoors; including camping, boating, and hiking.
She enjoys helping in any way she can.
