T-Ball

This is a traditional t-ball league for boys and girls for ages 4 to 5. This is a FUN, NON-COMPETITIVE league. We want players and parents to focus on the FUN aspect of youth sports so that players will learn to love the game of baseball.
A new policy for gate fees will be implemented in 2025. Spectators pay $5 for prep league baseball games.
Spectators pay $5 for pre-season tournament games for the following: spring and fall baseball, fall softball, and basketball. Spectators pay $2 for regular-season basketball games. Spectators pay $3 for regular-season football games and $5 for playoff games. All transactions are card only.
Spring Registration

Early Registration: Jan. 1 to Jan. 26: $35

Regular Registration: Jan. 28 to Feb. 23: $50

Last-chance Registration: Feb. 24 to Feb. 28: $70

Fall Registration

Early Registration: Jan. 1 to July 11: $35

Regular Registration: July 12 to Aug. 1: $50
Last-chance Registration: Aug. 2 to Aug. 8: $70

If you miss the registration deadline, and wish to participate, please call the Recreation Department at 706.291.0766 to add your player's name to a wait list.

Game Days: Mondays, Tuesdays, Wednesdays and Thursdays

Game Locations: Riverview Baseball Complex, Hugh Selman Baseball Complex and Alto Park Complex

 

Game Times: 5:30 p.m. and 7 p.m.

All participants must register to play for the team from the school district in which they currently attend. All tuition-based schools will be placed together to form teams. All home school students will be placed on teams based on school district currently living in. In cases where a school district does not have enough participants to form teams, those participants will be combined with another district to ensure participation.
Bats must meet USA Baseball Bat Standards – barrels cannot exceed 2- 5/8 in diameter. Approved Bat List: https://usabat.com/

Look for the USA Baseball logo on the taper of a bat to know it is approved.

Approved youth bats are 24-26” with barrel diameters up to 2 5/8”.
